Asking for help isn’t easy. It can feel scary, painful, and overwhelming. Yet, I believe it is worth the risk when you know you are not alone. That’s why when you are ready to ask for help, I am here to provide a trustworthy, safe, and collaborative counseling relationship. I have successfully helped others with anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, negative thoughts, emotional wounds, and relationship/marriage/family issues. I offer a comforting, warm, and genuine atmosphere, and use a variety of interventions such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), and sand-tray therapy.
My approach is grounded in attachment and psychodynamic theory, focusing on the importance of relationships, connection, and the influence of our past. I also enjoy incorporating education, tools, and humor to help you feel at ease. Whether you have goals in mind or aren’t sure where to start, my goal is to work together so you feel safe, heard, and excited about life.
I am particularly passionate about working with trauma, anxiety, and women’s health issues. I believe everyone should have access to quality counseling because I have seen first-hand the benefits and transformative nature of therapy. I would be honored if you asked me for help.

I think we find healing when we feel connected and at peace with the most important people in our lives. I have a passion for helping women heal. Especially, women who are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, PMS or PMDD, menopausal symptoms or other mental health problems. These issues are often considered "taboo" or not talked about. This can leave women feeling isolated and alone. I want to change that and help you navigate these issues in a healthy way.
